Been on 12/12 since Aug 8 how can I get my baby to start budding and is my lower stem supposed to look that color #help

yho from the 8th Aug till now is what, about 5 weeks and i dont see any crowns starting either.
i do however see little white speckles on the leaves which is a sign of spider mites.

Stem color is OK imo, but I think you have a light leak in your room.
After this long in flower and still no action?
Go in your room and turn off your lights?
See if you can see any light shinning in.

You over feed, you over watered, and you have a bug problem. And, like Bill said, most likely a light leak problem.
And by looking at your solo cups, throw those out too, they have zero chance in succeeding.
Your main stem problem is it cant breath. Your pot depth to plant ratio is whack. You have constant, stagnating air just swirling around, might be the real issue for your bug situation.

Thrips were the outcome of the white lines

Nah bro 1st time growing I gotta see it thru this plant was in my other tent in garage so yea ventilation was hectic had nats got rid of dem then came the thrips I got a 8inch and clip on fan inside my temps stay at 70-82 humidity 47-60 in 2x2 my others girls looking way better

hey bro, your call, just sayin, lol.. now those look decent. Next time, and forever from now, 1 tbl cinnamon per 1 gallon soil for gnats, wont see them ever again. Premix it into your soil before putting your plant into it.

5 weeks into 12/12 no flower not even close and defo no light leak would have to bin her me agree with mayne.
Also my friend those meters i see sticking out your pot i would not trust MIGHT be part of your watering issues.
