Here I go again: why all fan leaves yellow and die?

I’ve been struggling with this. I’ve been growing for awhile and never had this problem. Two weeks into flower and plant start yellowing all fan leafs and turn brown and die. My plants are at different stages, but they all are doing it.
I have flushed last week 15 gallons each 5gallon smart pot. It seemed to stop. I thought I had lockout. They were being fed 1100ppm nutes, calmag and rock resonator.
I use ro water with calmag mix it to 240ppm and then nutes.
I finally gave them there first nutes since flushing and the next morning yellow again. I gave 600ppm kept it low. They were getting 1100ppm food and never had a problem.
Is there a bug doing this. I see no bugs in soil I’ve checked numerous leads with scope and nothing.
I was told they were starving at first so gave them a lot of nutes and it got worse until I flushed. Help please

Don’t go to extremes when trying to fix a problem. You didn’t mention the pH of your nutrients which is important. Your plants are fairly well developed for two weeks of flowering and yellowing fan leaves are normal as the plant ages, particularly those leaves that don’t get much light
