My guess is that she is a he.
If you want to experiment and assuming you have some herb stored back for future use, let him mingle with those ladies and see what develops.
You won't get as much bud, but you will perhaps get some seeds.

What I see are pollen pods (male parts) and pistils (female parts). =hermie
nanners would indicate a female plant under stress which I don’t see here=rodalization
