Hey im keithmar420 im new here i need some help with my plant its 18 inches

Ok so I smoke a lot of urb some times when im with my freinds we just throw the seeds in my back yard so one day I found a seedling I tried to grow it before but it was too late in the seoson so ifound this plant as a seedling I let it grow a little bit then I moved it after I moved it it was doing great still its 18 inches it has thee leaves groing inbetween the base stem and the leaves stem I couldent get a good pic but what I'm trying to figure out is how do i tell if it is flowering

So, flowering... Is this plant indoors or outdoors? The signs of flowering are pretty easy to spot. Shorter node distances, tighter leaves at the top of the bud sites; to name a couple. What strain is it, or do you know considering it was bag seed?
