Can buy hps lights at like home depot or some shit? like not a high wattage. just like 200-400 watts. Or do i have to buy them off the internet, cause im not trying to buy shit off the internet cause cops. im tryin to do this low key and shit. thanks

yeah some hoe dePOT have hps ballests. but some just have bulbs. i would check out your local hydro or grow shop. just dont tell them what youre growing and youll be cool. the shouldnt ask anyway. i get all my stuff from the net.
