Hey all.

Woke up today to find a suspicious lump on my main bud.

Have I got a hermie?

feminized seeds? looks like a nut. feels like a nut? Is it the only nut? ;-)

I havnt felt it up yet. Just looked and took a pic. The seed is shark attack.

Should I take it off or maybe leave it to watch for a while.

I would pluck it carefully and watch for more. closely. Hard core growers may say kill it, just to be sure. tough call if you dont have many plants.

Best to remove it ASAP before it opens up and pollinates the plant.
Usually with these hermies they will keep producing more and more male flowers and people end up abandoning hope of removing them all and chop the plant. Not always though, sometimes they only produce a few and can be controlled.
If left you end up with a plant full of seeds- and the rest of the females in the room, if there are any, also will be pollinated and seeded. You still get bud, and it can still be potent- there just ends up being less of it because a lot of the available bud area is taken up by seeds.

Thanks for the advice. So I removed very gently. Did an alien autopsy on its ass.

It was green overlapping on outside with a white core with lots of sap! Just hope it was the first swollen calyx and not a testie!!


No immature seed tho.
