how do i invert light cycle?

hello ppl!
i´m growing in a closet with fluor lights.
my babys are on the 1st week of flowering,still haven´t sexed.
the ligts are on from 8h a.m. to 20h p.m. and i want to change it to 20h p.m. to 8h a.m. on.
anyone has advice on how?

just keep them off for 24 hours...from 20h p.m one day until 20h p.m the next day keep them off. Then turn them on and keep up your 12/12, you will be fine.

i was worried that it was impossible of doing that without screwing with my baby's.

Doing so might even bump them into showing a little faster - if they are mature enough to do so.
