How does she look, getting worried

Hello my female started flowering about 7 weeks ago / mid-late July, it stopped after the first couple weeks then started again, she is outside so i guess its a little different then under grow lights, i'd say shes had 5 weeks of constant growth/flower. But she doesn't look 5 weeks from pictures i've seen of plants under a grow light, Should she have bud by now its mid September?

Varies by the Strain and where you are at, they kinda do their own thing. Worried about rain on my two outdoor ladies lately here. See last post (posted yesterday) in my Plant and Bud pics link in my sig, as a couple pics of my outdoor ones that look similar to yours.
