How Does She Look

It is almost a month old now. I have the 12/12 light and darkness cycle, I had to Puck off a few leaves as they suffered from heat, I water once in the morning and once at night. Never had any fertilisers. How long until they start flowering? Please help

if light is 12/12 it will start showing flowers within a week or two. you should only water when the pot is feeling light or you may over water it. but if its gone this far you may be ok. some closer pics of the nodes and we may be able to identify sex....
