Does it look like these girls are getting close to being finished I'm hoping they swell up a bit more

There are still a lot of white pistils, so I'm guessing two to three weeks. The time to harvest depends on what you are looking for from your plants. The best way to gauge when to harvest is to check the trichomes with a 30X or greater magnifier or microscope.

Yeah I'd say about 2 weeks as well mate. Still a bit of swelling to go yet.
