How Much Water do new/my sprouts need

iv got 30 seeds planted in jiffy pellets (peat moss) theres 2 trays of them, as well theres two round pots about 7 inchs across and foot tall, these have alot of sprouts in them maybe 15 each.

they were planted sunday sometime by my parter before leaveing for a work trip for the next few weeks with all his experience. iv been feeding the lot of them 2 liters of no clorine tap water with 8ml root system grow stuff since tuesday and thursday i noticed water in the bottom of the tray so i didnt give them quite the whole 2 liters maybe 3/4ths. how much water do you thinks these sprouts need. O thursday they just got the first little distinctive pot leafs.

O PS: i hear people mentioning journals on this site what are they.

Thanks for any help guy over wattering and fending off steve french are my biggest worrys right now. (steves a dope plant eating kittin ate the top off one of my nice little sprouts!)

They only need enough water to keep the soil slightly moist. The pods should have enough food already in them to support life. if you add too much of the root solution your going to burn them off. Don't water them until the soil is almost totally dry. Then only use pure water.
