i have 3 plants there about 2m old and been in flowering for 3weeks. whats the best way to flush?

Well you are a bit early for flushing unless your getting nute burn or lock, usually you don't need to full flush untill a couple weeks before harvest. If you are only 3 weeks into flowering then you still have quite a while till you need to worry about your harvest flush.
But if you need to flush all you do is put the plant somewhere where it can drain and put lots of water through it, enough that the water coming out the bottom is clear. That's all there is too it.

No way you will waterlog and kill your plants doing that. Only water when the top 2 inches of soil is completely dry.
