I am thinking of building a box with lights on all sides, and a regular fan on the top, with an exhaust fan and some duct tubing with charcoal filters on the outside end.

Technically you need 300-500 ppfd of light intensity in veg and 800-1000 ppfd in flower.

ahhh, i need to up my light game. so led grow light, are they all the same wattage/lumen or are they different? ppfd stands for what?
