so i'm just going to grow one plant as this is going to be my first grow and I was wondering if one 100watt HPS light with 9500 lumens be enough to grow a plant? also the label on the box says 'outdoor' but says nothing else about it, does this mean i won't be able to use it inside a grow box?

A few days ago I asked a very simmilar question and had a 'higher up' tell me that a 125 is bare minim u m but im sure you could add a few cfl lights and be ok. But I don't have an answer for you if the outdoor only light is suitable for an indoor grow

Outdoor light means it can handle weather changes in temp and humidity more than an indoor light. Should be fine for your grow.
