HVAC, VPD, Air Con

G'day,
im trying to have my room dialled in as tight as possible , re: VPD.
im running Quest dehumidifiers, and have my infrared temp gun.
BUT, im also running high end LED's, so my room has to stay at 30 degrees C or 86F.
AND im running RDWC in x24 20L or 5.2 gallon buckets.(so im using BIG chillers) - but with the strain im running at the moment the last 4 weeks of flower, collectively the 24 plants suck up 200L or 52G (and transpire) every 2.5 - 3 days.
my room is 6m x 6m , or 20ft x 20ft.
ANYWAY, my question is - (as I want to run a closed loop system so I can use CO2)
- what size split system air con should I get, ( in Kw )??

ps. its mid summer now, and outside temps can regularly reach 35 degrees Celsius or 95 F
