I’ve got issues, and so have my plants

These plants are just over 3 weeks old. Two plants (last two photos) appear to be ‘fine’, although not as developed as some I’ve seen the same age. And two are going down big time. They are all getting the same light 18/6 1000w LED @ 2.5ft, plain water, and the odd nutrs (at very low level), room temp 72-73. With suggestions I’ve tried superthrive on the most wilted one (first photo) and similar for the plant in the second phand it is not helping. The soil (plain potting soil) for all of them is neither dry or waterlogged. It should be perfectly moist.

Any suggestions to reverse this?

I have never had good success with potting soil on new plants
I always use potting mix ! It has more aeration and allows roots to grow better , dries more quickly and more oxygen for the roots .

Stop keeping them moist. You are likely drowning your roots from the looks of things. These weeds need to dry out all the way to the bottom between waterings. Please read my link on how to properly water a potted plant... I suspect it will help.
