I'm in a bit of a moral quandry

Update : I got the second package in the mail on Monday and emailed them and explained what happened.They told me to keep them and that maybe I'll give them a good review somewhere.I now have plenty of seeds to grow outdoors next year but in the meantime I want to try the Cheese X NL indoors.If I order more seeds from the Ministry I'll know to give them extra time to get here.Thanks again for your input.

That's generally what happens in such cases. Now you have extra seeds, but a clear conscience, lol - and have become known to the seedbank as an honest person. That could help later, especially if you even have an issue.
