Is it possible to have seeds without pollen?

I got a Tahoe OG and a Cannatonic in a Scrog and both now have seeds in the flowers. I did accidentally leave a cfl in the room on so one of them might have hermy from this?

If one did hermy, what would I look for.. there are no male bananas on the plant, but there is what looks like 2 bulbus balls together..

A plant can't have seeds without out pollen right? Or can it be stressed and make seeds anyway without pollen???

Well the benefit is 100% female seeds any seeds from a hermie is 100% female cause female pollen makes girls
