Is this pests or bugs?

I found this on one leaf and can’t figure out what it is. Could it be bugs or pests or fungus? It’s an outdoor plant and I couldn’t find this on any other leaves.

those are butterfly eggs you should destroy them all

OK. I will destroy them. How bad is it to have butterfly eggs on a plant? I searched the whole plant and couldn't find any others.

But I just posted in another thread that this plant also has an issue that looks like it might be nute burn but it only involves 2 stems and not the whole plant and I posted pictures. Can you have nute burn on only part of a plant?

You just don't want the eggs to hatch, I seen the other post and didn't know what to say

OK. I guess they would hatch into caterpillers. I will have to search the plants more closely tomorrow. Thanks!

Yes if the eggs hatch your plant is their first meal
