I would personally looking into calcium deficiency. Soon as I see those dots I usually associate it with calcium. And of course pests should be considered. Have you examined the underside of the leaves?

I don’t think it’s leaf septoria. But I’ve not had that!

That’s what it looks like to me. Looks like what happen to a clone I got in my first grow, and it didn’t end well sadly.
