Light cycle on seedlings

Hello everybody,

i am completely new to this and would appreciate any tips I could get.
My seeds sprouted 9 days ago (in peat pellets)
and I just planted them in 3 gallon pots. 3 of them in regular fox farm soil and 3 of them in coco coir (70-30 mix)
My only option was to grow them under a 600w lamp (adjustable up to 1000w) as I needed it for temperature reasons. The highest I could go with lights off is 68-69 degrees and therefore wanted to save that for the “lights off” cycle.
I currently have them on a 24-0 cycle, should I be switching already or wait until they get bigger?

Depends on how big of an area you have to grow in. That plant is not ready to flip regardless. You can cut your lights back to 18/6 or even 16/8 on/off. 24 is overkill. I wait up to 60 days on a photo period plant before flipping to 11/13.

I have a 60x48 area to grow in.
i was going to switch them to a 20-4 cycle until flowering, you think that’s still too much?
These are feminized seeds (non auto flowering) It is my understanding that I keep them on an either 20-4 or 18-6 cycle until flowering and then switch it to a 12-12 cycle, is that somewhat correct?
Thank you very much for your advice

Hi, I am yet again in desperate need of advice. I was wondering if I should be topping right now or if I should wait a little longer. Or if I should be topping at all… I have had so many people tell me so many different things in the past few weeks I don’t know what to do anymore.
thanks a lot in advance!!! Here are some pics from today
