Light issue - Fell on Young shoot HELP

Hi there,

I too and new to growing, Unfortunately one of my CFL lights fell from its mount on the roof straight into the pot where the seedling had just sprouted its first two leaves while i was out. Not sure how long it was in the pot - maybe an hour or two, however its burnt the leaves and is in pretty poor condition. Is this plant now useless? should i clip off the dried up leaves and steam - will it sprout new leaves?

No, last pic is a second plant.. Three pics above are of the same plant which the light fell on.
