Looking for an LED for a 4x4 and 5x5

Hello, I'm looking for some leds for a 4x4 and a 5x5. What are the top models in performance currently?
I'm deciding on which sizes tent and light I'll purchase if the price is right.

So far sf4000 seems to be around the best, but if there are better for my tent sizes I'd love to hear about them!
 
I'm torn between the sf4000 and the
Series 3+ Red Spec 500 Watt Dimmable Grow Light. I can't seem to find the ppfs on it. I want to know which is better.
 
Essentially, they are very similar
I couldn't see the warranty info for the SF, but the Series 3 is three years
Little is known by me about the SF's first hand or by word of mouth
I have seen the Series 3 fixtures
And I have heard very good comments about them

I would go with @Budget LED. I have the series 3+ 500w in a 4x4 and it kills it!
