You can, but the water in it will pick up a lot of chlorophyll, too. I use IPA and it's cheaper.

Isopropyl alcohol. PURE-100 brand from Ebay.

You don't ingest it, as it's a poison. The IPH gets evaporated off. (I actually reclaim it with a stove top still) Then I decarb it in the oven. Check out Rick Simpson Oil.
