Moving plants outside after the've started to veg

Hi I was hoping someone could help me with a questions I had.
I've been flowering for about 2 weeks or so and ive got a bunch of white hairs coming form the top 1/3 of my plant so the buds are starting to form, but I'd really like to grow it a little bigger out side and put it back into veg.
So is this a good idea or would it fuck everything up? any feed back would be great.

Changing her from flower to veg can make her not be as potent,the more you change her back and forth.But im not really sure if only doing it once would make that much dif.peace

changing that .. how would it chagne the potency .. i dont understna dthat.. it will put into shock and probally go back into veg.. then go into flowerin once the sunlight is right.. i dont do out side grow.. other people will tell u when they will flower... but yeah they should be fine just be a lil longer tell they are done
