I’m with Carcass, I don’t think it’s an auto, or if it is, it’s a weak one, (genetically). Try going 12/12 on the lights for 3 weeks and see what happens.

Hello , i agree flip your lights to 12\12 and she will flower , the 1st 2 weeks it will stretch then the pistils will really start to show up
