My plants are reaching for the stars

Hi what do I do when my plants didn’t get enough light and grew like jack and the bean stock the tops are getting to heavy for the stock can anyone give me a suggestion how to fix this please

Some pictures would be extremely helpful to your question.
Sounds like you need to either do some topping, supercroping, or scrog. Without photos it's hard to recommend the best suited method.

Tomato cages? Bamboo plant stakes? I've also seen hanging supports.

Edit: They're called hydroponic plant yoyos.

It looks like you have the light problems fixed. The plants look very young. I'd carefully dig them up and plant them an inch or two deeper.

What if I put them in a bigger pot ?is is it ok to put the stems deeper and it won’t hurt them ?

Sativa? When they reach 1/3 of the final size you want.
Indica? When they reach 1/2 of the final size you want.
Indicas will double in size, and sativas will triple or grow even larger.

Transplant whenever the foliage reaches the rim of the container, until you reach the largest you plan on using. The roots should be hitting the container walls at about the same time.
