I had to lookit up.
Meerschaum is a German word meaning sea foam. The geologist knows the light, porous Meerschaum as hydrous magnesium silicate. The pipe smoker knows it as the perfect material for providing a cool, dry, flavorful smoke.

this is a sign that summer is coming.
So it's time to get an autoflower started for outdoors.
This year its northern lights.
Probably not the ideal strain for humid conditions with its dense buds.

It's doable with covers and fans. But it takes discipline.

I have just noticed that I haven't discussed my transition from soil to Coco.
Possibly because it has been painless.
My soil grow has now moved into the flowering room.( I'll put up some photos if I catch them in the dark.)

So from my original 24 seeds I have kept 8.
I had planed to Quadline them. But they have started to outgrow their space. I have them topped so this will be more manifolding.
2x5 gallon root pouches with 4 in each.
One pot will be fed Rose feed
The other will you get the full range off Plagron Green Sensation for Coco.
This is more for fun than to prove anything.

Will be interesting to see how the rose formula works out.
