Noob to the grow, glad to have a place like this to learn from!

I'm a licensed medical marjuana user in Denver CO., fairly new to growing my own though. Had a plant ten tears ago or so but she suffered from my inexperience, as I'm sure most of us have all experienced! Looking forward to gaining some insights to how I can improve my small closet op, 4 weeks in, in a 2x2 area, 7 ft or so high. Have a 125 w cfl on chains, with 2, 4' dual T12s stood vertically as supplimental in the corners. Got 2 plants in 3 gal pots, with a mix of perlite, sphag moss and some MG moisture controll, on 24 hr lights. They're both NL supposedly, not sure which #. Have more seeds to try from same, but i'm waiting till i'm a bit better at this to start them. One is already showing her sex as of today, waiting to see the other express.
