How long ago did you start feeding more calmag? It'll take a few days for the plants to take it in and do keep in mind those damaged leaves will not repair, they will just stop degrading and that damage will always be there. If its been a couple or more days since you started giving extra calmag, snip off the damaged leaves fingers back to the healthy parts and continue to watch those leaves. Or you can just cut the whole leaf off and continue to inspect each day for continued degradation.

I'm no expert when it comes to coco, but i believe that ph is too low. Try running a 5.5 - 5.8 ph instead. That sound about right @anybody with coco experience? I think whats happening is your ph is too low and locking out magnesium but again, no experience with coco :p

Its been about 2 days since the increase in cal mag. Yeah I figured they wont repair, i just switched the lighting schedule to 12/12 about 2 days ago. Will this affect flowing if i snip leaves?

If its just a couple leaves it will be okay but try to defoliate as little as possible until day 21 in flower.

How donyou prevent lock out or remedy the lock out ? ive read youre supposed to flush but what would you recommend and how do you properly flush em? Ive read its supposed to be 3 gal of phd water for every gal of soil. But wouldnt that drown the plant? Or do i keep just using correct phd nute mix ?

lockout is caused from ph being too high or too low. If i recal correctly, coco is treated as hydro so you would want to run the same ph that i run in my dwc hydro which is 5.7 - 6.2 max. Try ph'ing your water to 5.7 and see how it goes but running 5.0 is WAY too low, in fact even 5.5 is rather low imo (but who knows, maybe coco is slightly different?) and i wouldnt go below 5.5

Flushing is only needed if you're having too high a ppm (nutrient burn) or as the finishing touch of the grow, no need to flush otherwise. Yes, 2x or 3x the pot size is plenty of water to flush through a plant. Personally i just take my pot outside and run the waterhose on low for 10 minutes or so haha. I then turn the hose off and let the pot sit for 10 minutes to drain excess water a bit, then i whip up a gallon of plain water ph'd at the correct value (5.7 - 6.2 coco/hydro, 6.3 - 6.7 for soil) and pour into the pot. Let it all pour out of pot, sit for 10 more minutes, then i come back and do that once more with another gallon of water thats nutes of the same pH and good to go. That all is only necessary if you are flushing to fix an issue like toxicity or salt buildup, etc. If you're just flushing to finish your grow, plain water is all thats needed so same process outside with hose but with just a gallon or 2 of plain ph'd water to end it.
