Just don't take bunches at once, you can stunt an auto. On average they run 70 - 80 days so a 7 day stunt can cost you on end weight.

okay im not take bunch im wait for finish and then take , and also interesed when need to flush and pick up or how i dont know , i know how to see trichomes yeah but when need flush how i underastand

Looks like you have room in tent to spread out and tie back some more if so do that rather than defoliate

Next time wait until your stretch is done to defol.
Either a week before you see them maturing and/or a week after stretch is over. I’d say around three weeks after flip.
Defol isn’t a good thing unless you know what you’re cutting off. I recommend more aggressive LST, and less trimming unless they are full nodes.
