New grow tent

Hi everyone,
I am hoping some of you experienced growers can advise me on setting up my grow tent.
I have purchased this item

And intend to grow 4 plants in coco fibre in self watering pots.
The supplier of this kit said I do not need a reflector on the CFL and I should hang it vertically. I have done this and have the LEDs hanging next to it at around a 45 degree angle.
I would appreciate any thoughts and advice regarding this setup. My seedlings are about 2 inches tall in little jiffy pots. Thank you

No I meant pots with a small reservoir in the base that I would need to hand water with nutrient daily

I would really appreciate any advice about the viability of this setup, how to arrange the lights and should I buy something else to improve this system ?
