Bring those lights closer to your plant. The outer ones need to be lowered. Look at sweetsue's thread to see how close to put those lights to your plant.

All 5 lights are now roughly 3" from the plant. I'm just a little worried about the heat that close. Probably just me thou.

Just keep a close eye on the plant. Hold your hand under the light for a few minutes. If it gets hot then the lights are too close. A fan blowing between the plant and lights would be a great idea.
If you see the leaf edges curling upward, raise the lights.
