A buddy of mine trimmed the girls.

you shouldnt of done that... its your babys but you just cut off almost all of her photosynthesis machines thats a very hard trim really hard trim..
 
So are the girls starting to flower?

Hard to tell with the pic you have.. in this pic i cant see any calyx with hairs coming out!! take pic of where the top nodes are at the top of plant

Only cut if your not getting light penatration.. try in tuck down all leafs that u can next time they are your girls you can do what u like to but its stressful on them to be cuting that many leafs when you cut those many leafs at once the plant reverses from creating bud sites to making leafs again to be able to photosynthesis her self again its really a master technique for the really badass growers out there who have been growing for yrs who really know how to fo it
 
They are in need of a healthy flush i wouldnt transplant the big ones thats to much stress during this far into flowering
sorry for hijacking the thread but i am also in the same stage of flowering and was wondering is it ok to flush at this stage as i am facing yellow leave in the lower branches of some plants

Depends on what medium that your using if coco or soil then yes you can flush without a problem.. looks like in your photo you are having a nitrogen deficiency meaning your feeding to low of N during this stage cannabis still needs N during the flowering stage not in high amounts like during veg stage and calcium
