Just transfer them into 5g pots there just starting to pre flower not showing signs of sex yet but looking like female well that's what I'm hoping lol took this pic today btw

What going on bud. They look like they have been overwatered before. The bigger pots was an excellent choice.
What are you feeding them?

I feed them fox farms nutrients but I only use it twice a month being that I don't want to over do it because I'm an newbie

I feel like they should be bigger I should've been changed the pots root mass was crazy packed along the side

I'll have better individual pics in the morning I just need some guidance this is my first grow idk how I keep them this healthy just been taking info from here and there

Ok, I think they are being under fed. Try Feeding every 3rd watering. So feed-water-water feed. They are mature enough to handle it. Let the pots get light in between. Watch your PH, ideally 6.2-6.8. Are you feeding to what the recommended dose labeled? I would feed them 3/4 the recommended and see how they respond.
If you just potted up give them a good feed now and wait until the pots are dry top 2"
Just make sure your ph is within range .

Yea I feed them according to the label but it's been a min I'm afraid of nutrients burn so I been laying off I'll have better pics in the am so everyone can get a feel of where each plant is and what's need to be given and taken away

No, I don't think there over crowded. Are they getting good sun where they are?
