Where am I at and what should I expect from these guys. Im pretty much flying blind at this moment.

I am on day 12 for the lot of them. Its a regular outdoors day night cycle with heavy humidity and about a 75-80 degree temp average.
These are all on day 12 3 diff plants.

the one in the small organic potter is unable to stand on its own and has not even sprouted anything comparing to the others.
