Learning as I grow... Hearing...& Believe... gro room must be light tight. Just found out why...not about how much or little light triggers bloom...about how much dark.
Walk with me here...yeah, still trying to get my head around this molecular stuff...if plant gets light (especially red..700n) during dark cycle, protein responsible for flowering 'resets', so plant thinks it's light again until real light then dark again cycle. This messes with the plant's photo cycle as it's triggered into 'daytime' mode despite dark time. In reality, no light for photosynthesis so plant not growing & confused about light cycle so not putting energy into flower.
