what makes the new growth appear lighter green almost yellow at tips just trying less nurient in the mix I THINK IT MAYBE SODIUM DEFFICENTCY??

What happen if the 2 thick leaves that first shows in seedling has a little yellowesh color to them, but the 2 other flower leaves are pure green.(not yellowesh).

By the 2 thick leaves , do you mean the 2 little round ones that first appear ,or the do you mean the first set of true leaves ( 3 to 5 pointed ones )? If you mean the little round ones , don't worry , it's natural for them to turn yellow and dry up.
