Planning a small growing area - I'm open to suggestions and corrections

Hi! I'm trying to set up an indoor growing area for the spring. My constraints are : it is a small space that is very close to a living space. Ideally, it should be as silent as possible.

There will be two areas:

1. a small cupboard with T55 fluorescent lights which is the cloning and early vegetative area (i already used it and it worked OK)

2. a late veg and bloom space for which i would buy

- a 3'3"x3'3" tent
- a Mars-Hydro Pro Cree 128

As for air extraction I intend to get a large extractor to be run at a low speed, and possibly in a rubbermaid box to make it as quiet as possible. I'm better used to PC building and in general, larger fans at lower speeds are the quietest solutions, thus my idea of a high CFM extractor run at a lower speed.

That would be

- Winflex TTU, 550CFM, with inbuilt speed controller
- a carbon filter with a CFM rating corresponding to the speed I intend to run the extractor at - maybe around 150/200CFM?

Would you have any remarks about this buy and build order? thanks!
