Please help I am stuck

My first grow hoping for some advice I started with regular seeds Morpheus strain this plant is about 8 weeks old. I don't know the sex yet it hasn't shown any signs whatever. I am getting these spotted leaves I found some pest in the room and soaked a paper in peppermint oil and that seemed to keep them at bay. I assumed by this time my plant would be much bigger and showing at least pre flower does anyone have any suggestions any advice encouragement would be helpful

I was gonna say the same. Or maybe misting the plant with the lights on.
