no, they don't have any bugs and i water carefully to not hit the lower leaves.

I'm thinking some bugs are enjoying your plants. What do you use for pest management. If they are outside, which they appear to be,, I bet you got some mold, too. You can cut those few leaves off.
If those were my plants I'd trim all that lower stuff off. Also, look for congestion of leaves.
Can you add a fan?
If the early dew isn't dried of quickly that will happen with outdoor plants.
Where are you location wise??
