Pretty Colors with Budget Red Spec LED

I am approaching my first harvest with my Budget 500 Watt Red Spec board. This is Bruce Banger from and by Seedsman. The colors are developing like they are outdoor plants in the greenhouse. I'm wondering if is light related. I've always assumed the reds and purples really got going outdoors because of the cooler weather. Could it be the changing spectrum as the sun gets lower and ya get all sorts of yellow and red? My bud grew the same strain with a blurple(250 watts @ the wall) and got much less color.

These were vegged under MH. Same strain, 2 different phenos from fem seeds.

Usually color is genetics or temp related

I had some ACDC go Purple due to lower night temps below 70deg in the tent

65ish F. They are in the basement. Yea, the potential genetic factor is higher in some, like Black Afghani and Blueberry. I just don't remember getting as much color with 3000K HPS in the same location with colored strains as I am getting with Red Spec. Outside seemed to produce more color than the same strains grown indoor with HPS., generally. I haven't grown much indoors in 15 years, though.
