Hello Everyone
Its been years since i did a grow journal. I started this grow and decided to share it with you. I do have a few completed grows for your reading enjoyment. Anyways, my setup hasn't changed since the last grow journal except the location. 5X5 tent with Citizen Cobbs and passive heat control. Two different spectrums. Votex 6 inch fan with 6 inch carbon filter. The tent is currently setup as a closed/recircuting system. I will go fresh air when temps outside justify running the fan and filter. Im using the heat from lights to heat the tent. Oil heater when lights are off. Plain promix soil with OC+ mxed in. Using plain tap water. The Purple Satellites were dropped on January 22nd and i later added a Perma Frost to make up the lost PS. The Perma Frost sprouted upside down and i didnt realize it for a bit and i didnt see the stuck membrane from the seed shell so it has been through alot. I was able to save it and you will see it current state in the pictures. All PSs were topped tonight. Sorry i posted this before finishing but i edited it now. Pictures added. Enjoy!

Grab a chair. Front row is still available. I have been training them down and had just topped them in the pics. No need to worry about ph. Yes, plain promix mixed with Osmocote Plus.

Good evening everyone. Everything is going well in the tent. Temps are decent. Humiditu is a little high. In the pucture below you will see the conditions outside the tent. Cooler and dry. Humidity levels in the tent is at 76 percent. You might ask how i did that. I have a picture that explains that. I know there is debate about the towel in water raising humidity levels. I say in small closed/sealed/recirculating system it does work. It raises it anywhere from 20 to 50 percent in my case. I will agree that in a fresh/open system that it wont make an impact. Its just being sucked right out on the space. I removed one bucket to bring down levels. Another benefit of closed system is heat retention to save heating costs.(If your system doesnt have high temperature issues.) Im still getting used to the reply system here involving pictures. Back to the update. The fan and filter is off still. Just using a floor fan to circulate heat around and cool the lights and its' power packs. Oil heater is on a timer and shuts off 15 minutes before lights come on. Oh ya, im on 18/6 schedule. As far as the possible girls go. They are doing well. The Purple Satellites are responding well to being topped. They look just like the pictures i have seen. Clearly two phenoms though. The Perma Frost is sloooooowly growing. Looks healthy though. Its so tiny and cute. 8>) dehumidifier is just being stored inside.

Hello again. Update is I have ruff on them. Last week i let them get too dry and killed the tiny Perma Frost. I planted a new seed but so far nothing yet. I watered again tonight. The temps have been in the high 80s and the plants are showing the over feeding due to high temps. I have finally turned on the fan/filter and turned it to a fresh air system. Which brought temps back to where they should be. The new growth looks good since i fixed temp issues. I still have a heater turning on at lights out and the fan/fter only turns on with the lights. The circulating fan stays on all the time. Thats all for now.

Here are some pictures from a week ago. They are really ramping up now that i have the temperature issues figured out in this new garage. They have out grown there damaged sections. I have learned when to use the heater and when to use the carbon fan based on outdoor conditions that will affect the garage. I know sometimes i will have to open garage doors to let out heat and bring in cooler air. I no longer have an air conditioned space to draw cool air in from. The only way now is to open the small garage door and let in cool air from the basement. The tent does warm up the garage. Anyways, i took some pictures today and i will post those once you guys get a chance to read this.

Hello again. I put the girls in their final homes. 7 gallon pots. I definately have two different phenoms. I also ended up with one male so he got the chop. I am now down to four. Which is fine with me since two of them are very lanky already had to tie them up. The other phenom is shorter and sturdier. Temps are still under control and the plants are responding accordingly. I will let them settle in this week and then i will flip them over to 11/13 light schedule. I am very worried about them just flopping over as they begin to flower. Im going to have to come up with a make shift trellis netting with string. Hopefully they dont stretch too much but with the lanky phenom already needing support i will have to do something. Good day for now. Update next weekend.

Hey @TripleBeam garden looks good . :thumb:
Just wondering though is there fan leaves missing?
They need those fans to go into flower.
Don't take anymore off.
Also how far away is your light? they look a touch stretchy.
I'd recommend getting some potassium silicate.
.5 ml / liter once a week in plain water.
Firms up cell walls makes branches sturdy.
Will help support big buds.
Improves overall health and durability during heat etc...
Keep up the good work

Stay safe

They have been around 12-18 inches from the lights and i havent pulled any leaves off. Thats the way they grew. One phenom is just lanky the other isnt. I avoid adding anything to them to keep them very clean smoking. I hate salt based nutrients. I usually grow High Brix organic but didnt have to time to get the kit or have the barrel to cook the soil in so i went with OC+ this time. Thanks for stopping by.

Back again for another update. They really took advantage of their 7 gallon pots by growing about a foot in five days while i was away. I also switched their light schedule to 11/13 friday night when i got home. They vegged about 75 days. According to online documentation they will flower for 9 to 10 weeks. I really think the lanky two will stretch beyond the lights so i might need to back build to try and control heights. I took a ton of photos for you all to enjoy. See you next weekend.
