Thank you for the warm welcoming. I am using fox farm soil, Jungle Juice nutrients (grow, micro, and bloom). Last week was her first feed and I gave her 2mL each of micro, grow, and bloom. Then Friday night was her 2nd feeding and I gave her 2.5 mL each.

I think you waited too long to start feeding.
Follow the schedule for your nutrients.
Probably week 4-5?
Set you ph to 6.3.
Feed/water/feed/water full strength at 6.3 ph.
■■■ make sure you let her dry out in between ■■■
Dry period is vital for your roots.

No in soil you feed full strength nutrients at 6.3 dry , water at 6.3 , dry , feed at 6.3....... Keep altering.
Always to run off.

Also I planted the germinated seed right after soaking the soil. Let her soak up all of that water for 12 days on that day I gave her 1st feeding which was the 26th, then this week gave her 2nd feeding

If your following the schedule for your nutrients schedule as recommended, that would be full strength.
If it says 2ml/ l then that's what you give them. Full strength according to your nutrient schedule.
