Red and white only?

So we’ve made it to flowering and she’s looking beautiful!!! My question is, do you want any blue light at all in flowering or just red and white? I’ve been doing just red and white with blue completely off so far…she is about 5-6 weeks into flowering right now…

I’m totally new to this. The light I have isn’t a big one at all…has switches to turn on/off the white, blue or red or
have a combo…if that makes sense?
