Root Rot on a flowering sativa

So the title explains it all I think i have root rot on my girl... it was my first grow and I am nearing the end I ahve learned a lot during the grow the second grow will be x1000 better.

This is the problem...

WHAT SHOULD I DO???
Chemicals to kill the root fungus is a no no seeming that we are in flowering stage?
should I harvest early?
Should I just let it be until harvesting?
Is my crop ruined?

I had this problem and I used Hydroguard by Botanicare for an outdoor plant. I also stopped watering for two days while I was waiting for the Hydroguard to arrive. The root rot cleared up within less than a week. Good luck!

Since this is your first grow you have probably broken all the rules of growing so there is not much advice left to give. Questions have to be asked before not after. Sorry brah...

I would recommend reading some of those ganja books out there first to get the basics right. One first ting to do - do not waste your time on unknown bag seed.
