Topping autos is just fine. You can actually clone autos, take a look around at some of the journals from folks running autoflowers. Timing is very important though.

Day 56! Did my final round of training and defoliation this morning. I've got a couple branches that are above the rest of the canopy. I may top or bend them down to even it out but still undecided. Aside from that just regular ol veg growth haha. I figure I'll let it grow vertically for the rest of October then flip it. How tall do you guys like to let your plants get before flower? I know it's a lot of personal preference and space limits, but does letting it get taller increase your chances at big fat buds?

Lots of tops! Should bulk up nicely for you. being an auto, do you have an idea of how long you'll have her in flower? I'll hang around for the rest of this grow show if you don't mind. Closet grows are always fun. It's where a lot of us started out including me. Good work and happy growing!

Not an auto. Another grower commented this growing an auto. I havnt tried autos yet but I'd like to! Just a feminized seed I bought from a local dispensary here in denver. And yes! LOTS of tops! Just dont know how I should go about the 2 that are above the rest of the canopy. Also debating on removing some of the lower growth that isnt getting much light but I'll let it be for a while and see what she does!

Day 59. I started seeing some signs of cal deficiency yesterday morning. I upped my cal mag from 5ml to 10ml as well as made a foliar spray of 5ml cal mag and water ph'd to 5.7. I have read that bubba kush requires high amounts of cal mag but figured 5ml would be plenty. I'm also aware that coco restricts the amount of cal mag the plant can obtain. With that said, what do you think I should be giving the plant? I dont normally pay much attention to ec but I'm aware that cal mag can raise the ec significantly.

Day 74.. disregard my previous post about upping my nutrient regimen. I'm using foxfarm coco loco and I contacted them about constant calcium issues. They told me they recommend ph of 6.2 to 6.4 for optimal growth. I flushed the plant and continued with a cal mag foliar spray and she bounced back just fine. I mixed up my nutes on a regular regimen and ph'd to 6.3. A few days after feeding this is what i get. I've had nothing but calcium issues on my last 2 grows. What can I do differently? What am I doing wrong?

Day 86... transplanted into a 5.5 gal airpot about 6 days ago. Seems to be doing great now that ph issues are resolved. Did some super cropping today before going out of town for a bit. Will super crop again when I get back prior to flipping the lights. Super excited about how this quadlining will produce. I have a couple branches that are struggling to get enough light and will most likely remove them when I get back.

Day 101 from seed! Today also marks day 3 of flower. Should be day 4 but I changed my timer on the back end but not the front.. oh well shit happens. I did some lollipopping today to open up the canopy and focus growth on the tops. At or around day 14 of flower I will lollipop again and should be done and waiting.

Day 7 of flower. Shes in full swing adjusting to the new light cycle. Tops galore. I do have some lower stuff that needs to be cut. Would make great clones. If anyone is in the Denver metro area and would like a clone or two let me know. Seems like a waste to me to just chop em and toss em haha. All in all shes good and will be getting another lollipopping shortly!

Day 14 of flower. Did some trimming of anything that was low and also in the middle of the plant that just wasnt getting any light. Starting to really look good and am excited to see how this girl turns out. Gonna leave her be for a week then at the end of week 3 do some schwazzing.

Day 33 of flower.. buds are really starting to pack on weight now. Trichomes are coming in hot.
So how did she turn out?
Just asking because I'm a newbie but what is (While doing so I found 5 make preflowers. I removed those and am hoping that's all I find)Why do you not what pre-flowers if you're in the flowering stage?
