Should I start again?

So week 4 I’ve swapped to flower 12/13, but I think I’ve ruined her. I’ve just removed lots of crispy leaves which I assume is under watered.

Can I bring her back to good health or start a new seed?

If you have the time and seeds sure start a new one, but I've never culled a plant unless it has completed died. You would be surprise how they finish if you keep em going. How often are you watering right now? also, how far is your light away from your plant? the node spacing seems tight.

Coco or soil?

If it's Coco and you even have to ask if it's under watered then it's definitely under watered.
With soil it totally depends on the soil, if you just dumped a bag of big box store potting soil into a pot then it could be heavy and take some time to start drying out, that's when Emily's watering technique works.
Or you could have a well aerated soil with 30+% aeration that drains as well as Coco.

So I think I was really under watering, it’s standard soil from the store. So since I’ve watered her, she’s perked up a ton!

will my yield be affected because I removed the lower crispy fan leaves? I mean there wasn’t a huge amount..
