Sick seedling help

Hi everyone can anyone help me out with my seedlings they popped a couple days ago
and they look real unhealthy. here is a photo

Is the seed pod still attached? My eyes could be wrong, but it looks like it to me.

yeah it is, i thought it was ment be still attached for a couple days?

I would see if you can help it come off there. Eventually it'll hinder the sprout. How wet are you keeping the soil? I would let it dry out a bit. Not bone dry but allow the roots to search for a little water. It'll spark them to get jiggy with it. Let the soil dry so that the top of it is dry but if you dig about an inch down, there's moisture.

Thanks for the replies guys. I let the soil get fairly dry, I gave them a little spray with water just before I took the photo

That really purple bits the stem if you guys couldn't see that

I would just keep moistening the plant. I have heard of people helping the seed casing off, but it can hurt, stunt, or even kill the plant if you accidentally snap the stem. For future reference you can sand the hard edge of the seed down before planting it. I hope this helps.
