Slow Growth Help

Hello.
My baby plant is having a problem that i cannot determine. It is 3rd day of my autoflowering purple haze. It didn't get even a little bit bigger for 2 days. First day it did show growth and then stopped. I use a big pot. I know it requires more watering skill but I think I am doing well. I haven't watered it. There is moisture 3-4 below the surface. Temperature 27-29 Celcius. Humidity 30-35 %. I tried to find a 80+ CFL for the first weeks yet there aren't any of them in where I live obviously. I have 450W MH which is 130CM above the plant.
Now I made some researches and some possible reasons;
Plant is now focusing on root growth.
Low intensity of light because its too high.
High intensity of light because 450W MH much for a baby.
Underwatering.
What do you think?

I'd give it a bit more time. I find some seedlings will stall, then take off.

It looks really good so I wouldn't worry too much. It's probably just growing it's roots. Being in such a large container it has to grow those roots longer to reach the moisture between watering.

I will wait without touching anything. Last time I killed my Super Skunk and this time I am so much more careful.
